CRNA Jobs in Dallas Fort Worth
Practice Where You're a Colleague, Not a Line Item.
Illume Anesthesia was founded by CRNAs who work in the OR. We staff ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, and office based surgical facilities across Dallas Fort Worth and Texas, and we build schedules around the providers who make them work.
Why CRNAs Choose a CRNA Owned Anesthesia Group
Illume is owned by CRNAs who work alongside you, so scheduling, rates, and case assignments are decided by people who were in your shoes. If you have worked through CRNA staffing agencies before, the difference is ownership: the people setting your schedule and rates practice anesthesia themselves.

What you get with Illume:
- The schedule you actually want — full-time, part-time, or PRN, W-2 or 1099
- Predictable outpatient work in ASCs, hospitals and office-based suites, with no overnight call
- Credentialing handled in-house
- Consistent placement — you learn the surgeons and the workflow, and they learn you
- Decisions made by the CRNA owners, not a national management firm
Tell us the days you want, the drive you are willing to make, and the cases you want to do. If we can build it, we will — and if we cannot, we will say so.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a Texas APRN license to apply?
No. If you are licensed in another state or finishing your program, apply anyway. We work with providers through Texas licensure timelines regularly and can tell you what the runway looks like.
Are you hiring right now?
We add providers as contracts start, so openings move market by market. Even when there is no immediate need in your area, applying puts you on the list we work from first — most of our placements come from CRNAs who applied before a contract opened.
Can I work part-time or PRN?
Yes. A large share of our roster works one to three days a week. Tell us your availability on the application and we will build around it.
Do you take new graduates?
Yes. Apply during your final year — we would rather start the conversation early than have you scrambling at graduation.
What does it pay?
Rates depend on the market, the case mix, and whether you are W-2 or 1099. Put your target hourly rate on the application and we will be straight with you about whether we can meet it for the facilities we cover.
Is my application confidential?
Yes. Applications go directly to our Executive Team. We do not contact your current employer without your permission.
