The company was established by Momin Zafarullah and Grayson Ford, experienced anesthesia providers who recognized a growing need among surgical facilities: the professionalism and infrastructure of an established anesthesia organization combined with the accessibility and accountability of a dedicated leadership team. Together with Executive Director Jason Farmer, Illume’s leadership brings a balanced approach that integrates clinical expertise with disciplined operational management.
